As part of our cleaning and pack-out process, we’ll pack out your belongings, unpack and inventory each piece, wash all goods including use of our state-of-the-art ozone cleaning station, restore property as needed and cache all belongings in our climate-controlled secure storage facility.

Anything damaged will be reconstructed or cleaned and deodorized. All areas that have water damage will be treated to prevent future mold and mildew. We also make sure our teams use environmentally-friendly products whenever possible.
